Products will normally ship within 24-48 business hours (M-F). We will notify the customer if the shipping time will be longer.
Pure Products, Inc.'s preferred shipping carrier for the continental USA and Canada is UPS. When you place your order, you have the opportunity to select the time of delivery--i.e. ground, 2nd day, etc. Based upon your selection, the weight of your purchased products and the zone to which it is delivered, the shipping charges are automatically computed by the UPS server. Additionally, to insure that your charges are the least possible, they are checked again for accuracy before your account is charged.
For exported purchases, insured USPS is the shipping method of choice. If you have questions about the cost for this method of shipping, please contact us directly at customerservice@pureproductsinc.com and you will be given an exact quote of your shipping charges based upon your purchase's weight and country of delivery.

Pure Products, Inc. makes every effort to bring you the best possible products in a timely manner and at reasonable cost. However, realizing that at times customers may desire to return items they have ordered, the following is our return policy.
All requests for returns/refunds/exchanges must be made to customerservice@pureproductsinc.com within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase.
All returns to Pure Products, Inc. must have prior authorization. Returns presented without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.
Any item being requested for return/refund/exchange must be returned to Pure Products, Inc. in its original condition-- new and in the original manufacturer's packaging, with return shipping charges prepaid by the customer.
Should a refund be desired, the amount of refund will be the purchase price minus 20% for restocking, plus any applicable taxes that may have been charged at the time of purchase. The original shipping charges are not included in the refund.
Products damaged in transit to you will be replaced/refunded at no additional charge to you.
Product defect issues are addressed within the product warranties and Pure Products, Inc. will gladly assist you in obtaining the appropriate information for repair/replacement.
Due to issues of health and hygiene no items that have been opened and used may be returned for refund or exchange.
